In November, we moved Aiden from the parent participation preschool program he had been in since he was 1 to a traditional preschool. The new preschool is faith based and is structured like a regular school. He's changed so much since he started in November. He no longer hits (which is reason enough for us to love the teacher and her aide!) but overall he is softer, kinder and more patient. Not that he was awful or mean, but he was egocentric and we've seen a big change in this aspect of his personality. Now instead of hitting he boasts about how he likes to help kids at school and keep them safe. He learned the Pledge of Allegiance his first few weeks at school and he's so proud of himself for having memorized it.
